The City of Winnipeg - Water & Waste Department provides public water and waste services and accounts manangement to the citizens of Winnipeg.
Chris was engaged by the City and asked to develop their corporate intranet website for the Water & Waste Department. This specialized development project was awarded to Chris and was required to help provide constant departmental communication and updates.

Aria Solutions was founded in 1997 and became the first Genesys system integrator in North America. Headquartered in Calgary, Aria Solutions specializes in delivering CX solutions and has completed over 1200 projects.
Aria Solutions needed a local Calgary Salesforce developer and engaged Chris to complete a project for them utilizing the Salesforce platform to develop an OMNI-channel, multi-user, agent-based call-centre application system with agent routing abilities, toggle agent status and improve agent communication channels. It was for an online clothing company that sells popular sports apparel and shoes. The solution enabled omni-channel to route cases to a Customer Service group containing 5 service reps. Customers were able to open a case via web or email, leveraging smart routing abilities resulting in a complete case management solution for fast and efficient service.
